Pricing

I run my own blog, so I know what the numbers look like on your side of this decision.

I also know what most bloggers can actually afford right now, after two years of search traffic disappearing into AI answers.

Everything here is built for craft, food, travel and lifestyle sites, plus product sellers in those same niches.

Prices say “from” because scope changes the number. Tell me your site and I will give you a fixed figure.

Pinterest Account Audit, $197

Most people do not need a retainer yet. They need to know what is broken.

You get a written report plus a 15 minute video walkthrough covering:

  • Your ten best and ten worst performing pins, and what separates them
  • Board structure measured against what your audience actually searches for
  • Keyword gaps in your descriptions
  • Which of your posts deserve pins, and which ones waste them
  • The three changes to make first, in order

Turnaround is five business days.

If you move to a retainer within 30 days, the $197 comes off your first month.

Pinterest management

Pinterest is a search engine. I treat it like one.

Foundation, from $450 per month

For sites under 20,000 monthly sessions, or anyone testing Pinterest properly for the first time.

  • 60 pins per month, designed and scheduled
  • Keyword led descriptions, written as search text rather than captions
  • Pinning to existing boards on a fresh pin cadence
  • Monthly performance summary

Growth, from $750 per month

For optimal and comfortable growth.

  • 120 pins per month with fresh designs
  • Monthly and seasonal keyword research for each content cluster
  • Board restructuring around search terms, not post categories
  • Refreshing your best historic pins alongside new ones
  • Monthly report showing outbound clicks by cluster, so you can see which content earns its pins

Full account management, from $1,200 per month

For product sellers and for sites where Pinterest is the main traffic channel.

  • 200 or more pins per month
  • Full board architecture and seasonal planning
  • Competitor tracking
  • Supporting accounts where they make sense
  • Quarterly strategy call
  • Everything in Growth

All retainers run on a three month minimum.

Pinterest takes about 90 days to show results. I would rather turn work down than take money for one month of pinning and let you conclude the channel does not work.

Pinterest Ads

Ads move faster than organic pinning. They also cost less per impression than most other platforms, so small budgets still buy real reach.

Account setup and first campaign build, from $500

Conversion tracking, audience setup, creative for the first campaign, and a build you can keep running.

Ongoing management, from $600 per month, or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher

Minimum ad spend is $500 per month. Below that there is not enough data to optimise anything, and I would be charging you to guess.

Content and SEO

SEO blog post, 1,200 to 1,800 words, from $125

Researched, optimised, written to hold a reader.

Long form guide, 2,500 words and up, from $240

With FAQ section, table of contents and internal linking. This is the format that earns.

On my own site a 450 word post earns $3.49 per thousand views. A 4,000 word guide earns $40.77. Length is not padding, it is inventory.

Monthly content retainer, four posts, from $1,000

Blog content audit, $397

Which posts to expand, which to prune, which to leave alone. Delivered as a prioritised list, not a spreadsheet dump.

Expanding an existing post usually costs less than writing a new one and pays back faster.

Consulting

60 minute strategy call with written action plan, $150

Bring a traffic drop, a Pinterest account that stopped growing, or a decision about where to spend your next 20 hours.

You get the call plus a written plan within 24 hours. The written part is what makes it worth paying for.

How I work

Payment. 50% up front on projects. Retainers billed monthly in advance.

Capacity. Four to six retainer clients at a time. If I am full, I will say so rather than take you on and deliver late.

My team. I work with an assistant on pin production. Strategy, keyword research and final copy stay with me. You are not handed off after the first month.

Reporting. Monthly, in plain language, showing what changed and what I am doing next.

Contracts. Three month minimum on retainers, then rolling. Thirty days notice to stop.

Questions people ask

Why not price per pin?

Because pin count is not the product. Somebody will always make pins cheaper than me, and a cheap pin pointing at the wrong board is worth nothing.

What you are buying is keyword research, board structure and the judgment about which of your posts deserve promotion.

I have almost no budget. What should I do?

Book the audit and implement it yourself. That is a genuine answer, not a soft sell.

$197 and your own time beats a retainer you cannot sustain for three months.

My traffic collapsed after a Google update. Can you fix it?

Probably not, and I will not pretend otherwise.

My own site went from 75,000 monthly visits to 15,000 and never recovered, despite doing the recovery work properly. What I can do is rebuild your traffic on channels Google does not control.

Do you work with brands, not just bloggers?

Yes. Paint and art supply brands, Etsy shops, printable sellers and print on demand artists. Product businesses usually see faster returns on Pinterest than blogs do, because there is something to buy at the end of the click.

What if I only want one thing, like a board cleanup?

Ask. Small one off projects are fine and I will quote them.

Where are you based?

Chiang Mai, Thailand. I work through a US LLC with clients in the United States, and I keep hours that overlap the US morning.
